ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order on this Website’s online store, you agree that your order is an offer to buy all products listed in your order, under these Terms of Service. Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number and order details. Afri-Root Collective reserves the right to decide not to accept any order, in our sole discretion, which you will be notified of in lieu of an order confirmation message. You have the ability to cancel your order at any time prior to receiving an order confirmation message, by emailing us at info@afrirootcollective.com.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY
We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your product has shipped. You may choose the method of shipment for products you order if more than one method is available, and you will be charged shipping and handling charges based on your choice.
The shipping confirmation email may contain an estimated delivery date and/or range of dates. This estimate is not a guarantee and we will not be held liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances affecting the carrier and not within our control.
Currently, we can only offer shipping to the United States.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Afri-Root Collective reserves the right to amend and update Product Information including pricing, availability, applicable promotions, descriptions, and images in our sole discretion and without notice.
Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes have been listed on the Website. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
In the event that a product is, for any reason, listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any such incorrectly priced product.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange it for a replacement or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the returned merchandise is in new condition. You agree that all applicable shipping and handling charges incurred in the fulfillment of your order are non-refundable, and that you shall be responsible for all return shipping costs.
APPLICABLE LAW
Use of this website shall, in all respects, be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Massachusetts’ courts located in Suffolk County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
